    Once your protocol ships, tracking details are emailed to you, and you can check order status any time from the manage link in your order emails.

    Returns and damaged shipments

    Once a protocol is approved, it's compounded specifically for you, so it can't be returned or refunded — this is standard for custom-compounded medications. If an order arrives damaged in transit, contact us.
