Text Messaging Terms

1. Program Description

The Program sends recurring automated text messages to the mobile number you provide. Messages may include: (a) transactional and account messages, such as order confirmations, physician-review status updates, shipping and tracking notifications, reminders to complete an intake or questionnaire you started, and account notices; and (b) if you have opted in to marketing messages, promotional offers, discount codes you requested, and information about EdgeRx services.

2. Consent

You enroll by submitting your mobile number through a sign-up form on edgerx.org, by providing it at checkout, or by texting a keyword to our number. By enrolling, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from EdgeRx at that number, which may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency varies.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.

5. Opting Out

To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which you will not receive further text messages from the Program unless you re-enroll. To re-enroll, reply START or sign up again.

7. Carriers

The Program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

8. Eligibility

The Program is available only to individuals 18 years of age or older located in the United States who are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided. You agree to notify us promptly if you change or deactivate your mobile number.

9. Privacy

Your mobile number and your text-message opt-in consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Changes and Termination

We may modify or terminate the Program or these SMS Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
